The September 2009 release of Access Dimensions 2.50 offers Access Dimensions customers a wealth of product enhancements and new modules.
Enhanced Purchase Register
The Purchase Invoice Register module has been improved and enhanced. Approver groups can be created to define a collection of approvers for your Invoice Register transactions, providing improved flexibility to your approval process.
Carbon emission details can be added to transactions from within the invoice register module when entering the details or matching to purchase orders.
Seperate approval processes for purchase ledger and purchase order invoices enable each transaction type to follow different approval paths.
A single entry screen for both purchase ledger and purchase order invoices increases speed of entry with options to auto approve and enter detail. Both purchase ledger and purchase order invoices can be approved from the same screen.
Editing transactions after approval or detail has been entered on purchase ledger invoices is now possible.
Enhanced match-to-orders allows the editing details set on the original order such as project and cost centre codes and allows a partial match on value.
