The Institute of Sales and Marketing Managers' Successful Selling event at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry proved to be a successful day for Elite Business Services as they met with delegates and discussed CRM solutions. Representatives from both Elite Business Services and Sage were on hand to talk to delegates, which included representatives from a wide range of businesses, from SMEs up to large blue-chip companies.

Sage CRM Launches Beta Android™ Functionality

Sage CRM has recently announced the release of mobile functionality for the Android mobile operating system through the Sage CRM for Android™ beta component. This component is available as a free download from the SageCRM.com website for users of Sage CRM 7.1 with the mobile option. Sage CRM already offers a full mobile capability, enabling users to intereact with the customer database on the road just like they would in their office. However, Sage CRM for also Android™ makes use of Android-specific facilities and features.
Use of the Android mobile operating system has exploded in use in the last year, with growth of a staggering 496%. It is now the second most-used mobile operating system after Apple's iOS, and it is expected to continue growing in the coming years.
